Update Fixes Accessibility Issues in Skype 3.2

Thanks to the folks at Skype for their quickly fixing a couple of significant accessibility issues in Skype 3.2. It is now possible to access the categories as well as the Save and Cancel buttons in the Options dialogue box by means of keyboard navigation. Way to go, Skype!
